My
name is Anthony Cox and I have been helping people to achieve mind body
soul balance and freedom in their lives for many years both as a
friend, and
professionally, and this website is a result of many years of success.
Whether you seek financial security and freedom, rich and rewarding relationships, ultimate health, spiritual growth, a career that you thoroughly enjoy, or simply get rid of the excess clutter in your life, you'll find my practical, action-oriented life coaching programs will put you on the path to success in every area of your life — both personally and professionally.

I have run highly successful businesses, and have extensive experience
counseling and training everyone from handicapped children and disabled
adults, the elderly, Professional Sports people and Teams, to Hollywood
personalities, and Corporate and Religious leaders. I have personally worked with clients from 38 different countries to date, am fluent in the Japanese Language and am familiar with multiple cultures.
The Internet and life in general is full of self-proclaimed 'experts', 'Gurus', and 'Jack of all trades and masters of none'. However I have worked with literally hundreds of people as a Personal Trainer alone, and for over 15 years have worked with over 5000 people internationally as a Spiritual Counselor, Life Coach and as a Healer. I don't say this to impress you but to impress upon you that I am absolutely speaking from personal, hard-gained knowledge and experience, as well as formal education.
I deal with people from all walks of life, all cultures and demographics on a daily basis. I regularly work with Community and Religious groups and associations at their request, however I am not a member of any group of any description at all and work completely independently.
I practice what I preach, and I walk the talk. I maintain balance in my life.
I can help and advise you on Spirituality, Health, and Balance in life thanks to years of real and direct experience,
unlike someone whose qualification is simply a certificate from a seminar or two or a Religion, someone who has several letters after their name after sitting in college for several years simply remembering information, or someone who appeared on a television show once.
"Not having the correct balance of Mind Body and Soul in your life can
be likened to a three-legged stool. If even
just one of the legs is
shorter or weaker than the others, you will be permanently trying to correct yourself with nothing reaching its full potential and you will soon fall down."

Coaching is a synergistic
relationship between the coach and client designed to tap into your
full potential. Just as Olympic athletes wouldn't think of training
without the added insight, objective perspective and enthusiastic
support of an athletic coach, many of today's most successful business
leaders, professionals, executives, entrepreneurs and CEO's use the
services of a coach to take their lives, careers or businesses to the
next level just as even regular people utilise the service of
a specialist to help with issues they are unable to resolve on their
own.
"Coaches have the ability to view things from afar — in what some call 'helicopter vision' — and to shed new light on difficult situations. Often they can act as a sounding board through tough decisions, help sharpen skills, and motivate." — CFO Magazine
Who works with a coach? Entrepreneurs,
executives, business leaders, actors, musicians, creative people,
managers, small business owners, start-ups, professionals, home-makers,
and so on. If there is a gap between where you are now and where you
want to be, there is room for
coaching. Not only can I help you close the gap, but also help you break
through your limiting beliefs and challenge you to think bigger and
grow.

A human being is made up
of three basic parts, being the mind, the physical body and the soul.
These can also be broken down into further areas for
study/improvement/understanding being Mind - the conscious and
subconscious, intellect; Body - Physiology and nutrition; and Soul - Your emotional self, a side that you perhaps don't always share with others, but is an important and integral part of who you are and ties all that makes you up together
'Body', is an equally important part of 'mind body and soul'. Yet the vast majority of those on a spiritual or self improvement journey generally do little more than go for a walk once or twice a week and drink 'diet coke' instead of the other stuff. There is far more to it than this, and I am totally serious when I say that improving ones physical self, will have a direct impact on one's spiritual, and intellectual self.
From a nutritional perspective, the old saying 'we are what we eat' is absolutely accurate. The human body replaces cells everyday and the building blocks are the things we consume. The bottom line is that if you live on junk food, your body is effectively made from that junk.
Quality nutrition is not hard
From the physicality side of things, exercise is vital also. The human body is designed for movement, in all kinds of environments and situations. I often use the analogy that if human beings were meant to sit around all day and be as inactive as modern man is, our bodies would look much more like a turtle or other such animals. Ironically, the average human body shape is fast approaching that example.
Proper understanding of the workings of these, how to improve them, and especially the importance of balance between the three, is the most empowering thing you can do for yourself and will assure that you will be in the best position to fulfill your potential as a human being, and get the absolute most out of your life. So very many 'motivational' teachers out there completely ignore the full aspect of the human being, saying you only need to focus on one, or maybe two aspects. And so many motivational gurus go on about positive thinking being the answer to all, neglecting the other important aspects of what you are. Positive thinking is nothing without positive action.
